Description

As an antioxidant, Vitamin E has the ability to prolong the shelf life of butter and oils and formulations containing them. It is often chosen to help protect the skin from free radical damage.
Vitamin E is not a preservative, but instead, as an antioxidant, vitamin E "delays oxidative damage to a target molecule". Use Vitamin E to prolong the shelf life of oils in your product.

Shelf life: 24 months when stored properly

Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dark place. Heat, oxygen, and light degrade the product.

Application / Usage

Recommended Usage: 0.5-2%. Use in formulas that contain butter and oil or other ingredients prone to oxidation. As Vitamin E is sticky, higher concentrations may affect final texture.
