This silky-smooth, 100% natural liquid liner glides on easily with a felt-tip applicator. The smudge-proof formula (not waterproof), is highly pigmented with pure minerals.

There are a few ways to apply - with the built-in applicator, or by dispensing a small amount of product to back of your hand and applying with the angled end of our duo eye brush. See short video tutorial HERE.
